Before you proceed with your rental in Portugal make sure you read and fully understand each company’s terms, as it is common practice to obscure some mandatory extras.
The items listed here are intentionally being kept vague by many of our competitors, which leads to unpleasant overcharges for many unsuspecting customers.

1.    Fuel policy – With several of our competitors, you will be required to pay the first fuel tank. This "mandatory" policy is usually obscured and as a result many customers are misinformed, ending up paying more for the fuel tank than for the car hire itself.

Our policy: True to our honest dealings with our customers, our fuel policy is same to same, which means you will have to return the vehicle with the same amount as you took it. Unless you return it with less amount of fuel, there will be nothing to pay.

2.    Various fees and extras: There are various fees and extras for car rentals that are activated under certain conditions. Some competitors choose not to include the cost of each of these options in the final price, and thus faking cheaper deals. Customers should be mindful to spot fee prices such as out-of-hours, young-driver, extra-drivers, border exit to Spain, etc.
